Common questions about the ASUU KUST MPCS portal
How do I log into the Member Portal?
Use the email address and password registered with the cooperative office. If you have not yet received your credentials, please contact the admin.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
How do I apply for a loan?
Log into the Member Portal, navigate to "Loans", and click "Apply for Loan". Complete the application form and submit. Your application will be reviewed by the cooperative admin.
How do I make a savings deposit?
Navigate to "Savings" in the Member Portal and click "Make Deposit". You can pay via any of the enabled payment gateways (Paystack, Monnify, etc.).
How do I request a withdrawal from my special savings?
Go to "Special Savings" in the Member Portal and click "Request Withdrawal". Note that withdrawals cannot exceed your current available special savings balance.
How do I order essential commodities?
Go to the "Store" section in the Member Portal, browse available commodities, and place an order. Items are deducted from your savings balance or loan allocation.
How do I view my loan repayment schedule?
In the Member Portal, navigate to "Loans" and click on your active loan to see the full repayment schedule including amounts due each month.

Please reach out to the cooperative office via the Contact Us page or visit the office directly.
