Access to the cooperative management portal is restricted to registered members and authorised staff of the cooperative. Membership is subject to approval by the cooperative executive committee. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Members are obligated to make regular monthly savings contributions as stipulated by the cooperative bye-laws. Failure to maintain regular contributions may affect your eligibility for loans and other cooperative benefits. All transactions processed through this portal are legally binding and form part of your cooperative ledger.
Loan applications are subject to the cooperative's lending criteria, including but not limited to available balance, repayment history, and current outstanding obligations. The cooperative reserves the right to decline any loan application at its discretion. Approved loans must be repaid according to the agreed schedule. Defaulting on loan repayments may attract penalties as specified in the cooperative bye-laws.
Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance after deducting any outstanding or pending requests. The cooperative reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the clearance of outstanding loan balances. Approved withdrawals will be processed within the cooperative's standard operating timelines.
Orders placed through the cooperative store are subject to stock availability. Orders will be charged to your account as specified at the time of purchase. The cooperative is not liable for losses arising from product defects; members should raise complaints with the cooperative office within 7 days of collection.
Members must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts or to any administrative function. Providing false or misleading information in any transaction or application is grounds for immediate suspension of account access and may be referred to the appropriate disciplinary committee.
The cooperative is not liable for losses arising from system downtime, payment gateway failures, or events beyond its reasonable control. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, the cooperative does not warrant that the portal will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
The cooperative reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through the portal or SMS/email. Continued use of the portal following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the bye-laws of the cooperative as registered under the relevant cooperative societies legislation.
